Donna didn't answer my text so I phoned and it went to voice mail. I was just about to go over and check on her when she called. She went to a meeting last night and forgot turn her phone back on.
I already had images of me desperately doing CPR till the ambulance arrived.

My elderly neighbour who used go give me home baked cookies and cinnamon rolls (until I became vegan and could not eat it anymore) rang my doorbell.

Her mobile prompted her to enter sim-PIN and she did not know what to do.

She lives by herself and she is 84 years old.
She can't currently use her bike either so she is kind of stranded.

After a little while she found her doughter's phone number so we called her and she knew where the sim-PIN was, so in the end the problem was solved.

No easy to not being able to communicate and on top of that not being able to get anywhere.
