Bin heute Vormittag 15 Km mit dem E-Scooter in der Nachbarschaft über holprige Radwege und nicht minder holprige Wirtschaftswege gerollt. Meistens mit 15 bis 20 Km/h (Stufe 3 u. 4).
Ob Ihr es glaubt oder nicht, das Abfedern der Stöße geht bei nem alten Mann ziemlich in Oberschenkel und Oberarme.
Hab ne neue Art passiv/aktiven Trainings für mich entdeckt!
Btw.: Die 15 Km haben ungefähr die halbe Akkuladung verbraucht. Okay, auf Asphalt wäre der Scooter sparsamer aber ...
