Back briefly in local by-election news, it's an "Our team are reporting that turnout is very low today"
So, so far so good in spite of corporate Likud(sic) having come for our letterboxes again with a third piece of drossy literature, compliments card-sized gloss this time. Easy to letterbox, even easier to recycle, although the fading gloss won't #compost that well.
Will the plucky little insurgency of the Greens with their parachutist from foreign fields as far flung as Cazenove make it across the line with their ground game played as staunchly as the Iranians have defended?

Not so random plot shot from the deepest shade of the #allotment presently, there being the shadiest spot just behind us - as shown in previous views from the shed - currently still occupied by stacked up building materials and general but significantly less messiness the days of which are numbered now. That said all this chaos and messiness might well outlast so- called Hackney Labour.

Almost tempted to go look in on the count later, it being just round the corner. As an ordinary punter can you just bowl up to observe/heckle or is it an all ticket affair? Or maybe the 'Spoons across the road would be a better bet, going in and asking for a pint of tap water, now the polls are closed? Is that where the pink fringes go?
