The Good Crust is served at over 100 colleges, K-12 schools, and universities throughout New England and qualifies for Maine’s #LocalFood Fund. Interactive drilling is a lot of fun.
Sneak peak of a new in progress demo, where you can control a 3 axis drill (various shapes) via point-and-click. The drill then moves to your target location, subtracting sweeped tool meshes in ~20 hz frequency.
This is all done using exact mesh booleans and takes roughly 1ms per step in most cases.

Look, ma, no CNC 🤩

One Sailing Pulley To Rule Them All

Have been improving some of the essential motor brackets of my Alaxis 3D-printer. Mostly because of Z height issues between prints. I'm using a dc42 infrared sensor on a gfk sheet (matte).
The old printed brackets were in bad shape so these aluminum ones, that also have thermal paste applied to carry the heat away, have taken there place.
Will see how they perform.
