Got my ER32 collet holder and my set of collets for the mill.

Found a minute to check runout on the machine with a full milling setup. Looks like .0002-.0003 inches (~6 micron) TIR to me.

I’ll take it. I was expecting significantly worse from this setup.

Wenn aus CAD-Dateien langsam echte Teile werden.

Zwei Tage.
Eine Platte nach der anderen.
Der erste Prototyp nimmt langsam Form an.

Noch sieht’s nach schwarzen Brettern, Fräsbahnen und jeder Menge Staub aus. Aber genau hier entstehen neue Ideen für den Camperausbau.

Und ja, wir testen bewusst zuerst mit Betonschalungsplatten. Im Prototypenbau zählt erstmal, dass Konstruktion, Maße und Montage wirklich funktionieren, bevor später die finalen Materialien kommen.

Noch erkennt man vielleicht nicht sofort, was es wird. Aber genau das macht gerade Spaß! 😄
