Ich suche einen Server , bei dem (deutschsprachig) zB. PTBS Thema ist , Neurodiversität, oder auch Arbeitshund / Hunde mit besonderen Skills als Thema hat.
Hat da wer eine Idee ?

Or should I self host an Instance of One? I was a webdev once so not uncomfortable with the thought.

I'm assuming that you mean MicroBlogFedi and not solely admins for the Mastodon software, in which case its good to use the right terms to avoid irritating those admins. Could be wrong!

I'm trying to test #Calckey and figured moving my followers would be the best way (since I can move them back) but my #selfhosted #MastoServer won't accept the Calckey password (and I already set the 'moving from' account in Calckey.
Also (totally unrelated, except to my #adhd): Calckey is a horrible name, for anything except maybe a hacky villain in a b-grade film.

All images are stored in seperate 'object storage' that's a more efficient and elastic way of handling them.

VollansDoes a CDN help with Mastodon? Yes, but you have to remember how Mastodon works. What a CDN is highly unlikely to help much with is the number of requests, as pretty much all the wordy bits are non-static generated from databases, so a CDN is not going to reduce the number of connections by much. What it will do is help massively with images - in my case about 50%.
