New home update:

Sofa. Re-assembled
Cooker waiting for my mate to wire it in.
Fridge Freezer arrived this am and I've successfully reversed the doors without any problems.
Washing machine not draining - so that's my next job.

Edit - washing machine fixed. For some reason the connecting pipe under the sink was a sealed unit. I just cut the end off and away we go.
