M_C_B52I will be curious to see the majority or concurring opinion by by #clarencethomas when the #supremecourt overturns #lovingvvirginia . They will of course need to clarify that all existing marriages are legal but states may decide whether any new marriages will be. But they will surely go after #brownvboardofeducation first.
