Bienenjörg@derAlff_iot ich weiß nicht. Ich hab mir bisher nur angeguckt, was das Upgrade an Neuem mitbringt - im Wesentlichen #LookAndFeel.
Wenn die Entwickler sich langweilen, könnten sie doch mal anfangen, eine gescheite #Sicherheitsarchtektur umzusetzen - z.B. #Sandboxing, #SafeBoot, wie #Android es vormacht.
Für ein bisschen Kosmetik ein #Upgrade ziehen, nee, das ist mir z.Zt. zu aufwendig.

Advice for the next dozen Rust GUIs
A few times a week, someone asks on the #gui-and-ui channel on the Rust Discord, “what is the best UI toolkit for my application?” Unfortunately there is still no clear answer to this question. Generally the top contenders are egui, Iced, and Druid, with Slint looking promising as well, but web-based approaches such as Tauri are also gaining some momentum, and of course there’s always the temptation to just build a new one. And every couple or months or so, a post appears with a new GUI toolkit.

Over time this is going to get easier because ppl who see the value in ppl seeing the value, will volunteer their efforts to help ppl see the value.
FOSS is **still** failing on #lookAndFeel (#LaF, #sexiness). It seems intentional, with much money flowing from #dotcons and JEpstein types. While #Manjaro seems sexy, it has unacceptable/proprietary issues.
One of our goals is simple. To make FOSS #lookAndFeel sexy.
