Canada's Prime Minister is cutting the #GoC to bits.
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) - responsible for preserving & enhancing #RenewableeRsources and coordinating GoC environment policies & programs - is under the same knife blamed for #LacMégantic; chronic underfunding leading to disaster. The same with #CPHA and the slow response to COVID-19.
Too bad they had to steal land from people already victimized in order to give to a private company.

In the Lac-Mégantic #rail #disaster on July 6, 2013, an unattended 73-car #MMA freight train carrying crude oil rolled down a 1.2% grade and derailed in the Canadian town Lac-Mégantic. Multiple tank cars exploded, killing 47 people and destroying roughly half of all buildings in the town centre. It is the deadliest #freight #train #accident in #Canada's history.
