If Jews are discriminated against merely due to their name at rates of 25%, and we've already seen hiring managers say they won't hire Jews.

This kind of discrimination is illegal, and should be enforced.

And when people say that Jews hire other Jews, they may want to consider that this isn't "in hiring" but due to the fact that Jews are less likely to be discriminatory in this way.

@IAmDannyBoling It's extra annoying cuz they literally scheduled a.personal interview, send me their ToS and I was like: 'Okay except that whole AI BS' and instantly some manager canceled me as candidate.

  • Not that I'd want to work for DIS AG / Adecco Group or would recommend them after this but basically he tried to double-down whilst rejecing me and when I summed it up that he just admitted that they are dependent on AI to do their job he was seemingly unhappy.

My former boss keeps trying to call me, seemingly desperate it seems to squelch any further implications on her part. I am really glad my voicemail doesn't work. I can only imagine the ableist dialogue sloshing out of her mouth. Must be a shame to be publicly called out for being an asshole. I am legally protected in PA because I am questioning whether certain decisions or conduct of the employer are unlawful.
