When you crave high quality corned beef (i.e., not Dietz & Watson!), the place to go in Philly is the old icon, the 4th St. Famous Deli (old means, since 1923). In Jewish Deli style, the sandwiches will be bigger than anyone but the Hulk can finish, but the quality is extremely high. Those 1941 prices are alas no more, but you get a free cookie.
