Pastrami sandwich with apple, cabbage, and daikon radish slaw, pommery mustard, pesto, and horseradish on toasted crusty bread.

The causa sampler at Dr. Limón West Palm Beach. 🍅🥭🍋🍠🫒

Causa is a Peruvian dish of mashed yellow potato with yellow pepper and lime, shaped into a cake and filled (or topped) with misc meats and vegetables. These are tuna salad, chicken salad, octopus, shrimp and (I think?) sweet crab or crawfish. So freaking tasty!

The aperitif was hot crispy cancha (roasted corn nuts) with a shot of some sort of vegetable juice 🌽🥕🥬
