Yesterday, I told my students the story why and how a specific device failed to meet the needs of the nurses and patients. 🏥
I explained that sometimes there is no acceptable solution. That not all technology will benefit all users. How there are conflicting needs and constraints. How technology has unintended consequences. How we solve technology issues with more technology.
