Acro Adventure Week – Niouc
16–19 June 2026
I have a ticket for sale (discounted).
I went last year and it was really good – small community vibe,
lots of acro, handstands, slackline/highline, yoga, Thai massage,
and camping by the Niouc bridge.
Unfortunately I can’t make it this year,
so I’d rather someone else use it.

It's an A day again, which means unicycling and handstands. By next week I'll have been using these printed workouts for a month. That's pretty cool ..and probably means it's time to switch something up. I know I've been getting a bit tired of the "lizard" prompt for movement exploration, I may pick a different animal and swap it out. But I'm gonna stick with what it says on the page today, and get back to work on mucking about with the typesetting later.
The goals are set to about the right place, and I'm excited to take them on :D

Succeeded in my goal on the #unicycle 🎉
Also did quite well on my randomized handstands, despite a headache that showed up off and on throughout the evening. (I think it's air pressure changes getting to me) I do think that giving my shoulders more time to rest helped. I'm really excited by that. I do intend to eventually start ramping up some focused work, I want a proper press handstand, but right now? This feels like I'm making good choices.
Played during the movement explorations again, which was grand :)
All in all, a good night!

Looking forward to actually attempting to meet a goal on the #unicycle today. Also looking forward to doing some concentrated handstand work. Last week was the first week in a long time where I was only doing my coffee #handstands during most of the week. We'll see whether letting my shoulders get a bit more rest makes a difference to how I do tonight :)
