Sometimes you get lucky and have the perfect lining to hand! I found this remnant in my fabric stash in the loft. Can't even remember where I got it from. "Cow Parsley Toile" by GP & J Baker from 2000!
This is what we did in today's class - putting in the zip and the lining of our mosaic pouches.

Honoring an old tradition with new materials. 🌿✂️

St. Brigid's Cross is one of Ireland's oldest symbols — traditionally woven from rushes on February 1st to mark Imbolc and welcome in the light of spring. I made mine from paper, and honestly? The folding is almost meditative.
