Nach den Wahlniederlagen läuft die Aufarbeitung bei der SPD auf Hochtouren. Klingbeil schwört die Partei auf einen Kurs Richtung arbeitende Mitte ein. Ein Kernpunkt: die Einkommensteuerreform.
