what is this tags.pub instance and should I block it
accounts from this instance boost my toots as soon as they are posted, the accounts that boost the posts have the same names as the hashtags used in the toot.

@johnefrancis @evan I'm thinking it is borked. I'm only following a few of its tags and cannot recall seeing any boosts, but more importantly any tags I use are ignored by it.
