#パイクプレス (倒立バー補助):15回 x3
・ディップス(ホロウボディで): #EMOM 10分間(各セット20回)

人に見てもらったり動画でフォーム確認したら結構ぐだぐだだったので、その辺修正しつつトレ実施。
結果、めっちゃキツくてこれまでのボリュームやっとこさだったので、加重してのトレはもうちょっと後にしようと思う💪

パイクプレスは今の負荷をクリアしたらステップアップしても良さげ、
ディップスEMOMはぼちぼち荷重してやろうかな〜と検討中…

I like the stag shape in a handstand. It makes it easier to balance as well 😉. Having gymnastics in my background handstands feel quite comfortable to me. Especially in this one where you have an extra hand to balance and a shoulder to keep you from falling over. I would consider this an intermediate trick. Because of the strength you need in the shoulder to carry your bodyweight. Also the control to balance is not easy. But you can start working towards this as a beginner by practicing headstands and handstands against a wall. And with a good spotter give the full handstand a try as well. If they are comfortable with going upside down.
