Went down to get grape leaves to make a new batch of dolmas/dolmades and also found it was time to pick a few bunches of grapes. First harvest ever. The grape vine is two years old. Already a real blessing.
I think basically I’ll follow this recipe. I like the lemony version more than a tomato version. And I’m inclined to use lamb mince instead of beef (sorry to the vegetarians out there).
