Kochen mit meinem Thermomix

Für mein Rezept welches ich kochen wollte, benötige ich Ghee. Also gut, schnell Butter in den Topf und ab gehts. Da ich nichts umrühren musste, macht ja der Thermomix für mich, konnte ich mein nächstes Rezept schon vorbereiten.

Ja ich koche auch sehr auf herkömmlicher Art ;-), aber manchmal muss es auch der Thermomix sein. So bin ich nicht die gesammte Zeit am Herd gebunden.

I’ve heard lots of good things about #ghee.

High smoke point, and “imparts a buttery flavor” but honestly, it tastes terrible if you eat it by the spoon.
