Spent yesterday doing this introductory course to #gameproduction by #gameproducer @casparfield. As someone in the early stages of their games career, and who's in 2 very small indie teams, this was just eye opening. Especially the in depth intro on #Agile. And I say that as someone who's been in charge of research projects, done a PhD on time, and had dig teams.
Hard recommend! And free, too.
