This week, I had the pleasure of hosting a demo of the Quiet Year at @librairie_chimeres ! It was wonderful :DD people really enjoyed it, and I was so happy to share this wonderful game experience with you peeps.

@jendefer I mostly play with one friend, and it works great, but I have organized oneshots of Blades and CBR+PNK (The Cyberpunk hack of Blades) for groups of 3 and 4 (including me).
Based on what I saw, I think a group of three committed co-players would work really well, four is serviceable but maybe a little chaotic, and five is definitely too much without one being a dedicated GM.
But this is all from a really small sample, more experimenting is needed.

The Ironsworn games are great fun, and very easy to get into (I've played both Solo and Co-Op with them).

Last #TTRPG of 2023 was A Weekend in the Country. I ran a session for my brother (60s) and half a dozen niblings (20s). Some had no TTRPG experience, while others have dabbled in the most common one. Everyone had a blast, and the story came together nicely. They were clamouring to play again soon. A great way to end the year.
