January was an epic not success for getting back into yoga. So I had a think about what I want out of yoga. The answer is strength. Physical strength as well as mental/emotional. So let’s start with physical as currently that’s easier.
Went to the playlist I made a couple of years ago of all the long or strength aimed classes in FWFG and started at the top.
My wrists are regretting it but I’m not. I feel kinda elated, and this was a 13 min class.
