Today was my first “rest” day (non-workout day) in 30 days. It was my fourth year (third year doing it in January) of doing a Yoga with Adriene 30 Day Yoga Journey. And, as always, I tagged on other workouts as well, so I also did a 500m row, a mini-weights workout, and a 20 minute “run” each week.
