I live up in LA/OC, which means I seldom come into my firm’s So. Cal. office in San Diego. But last week I made the commute down for our Annual Pickleball Tournament. (Thanks CEB for the paddle!)

Did I win? Absolutely not. It was my first time playing pickleball and me and my teammate were out in the first round, though we did score some points. (I remain confused by the rules.) But I did get a consolation prize of a delicious cocktail and a chance to bond in-person with a ton of my co-workers.
