Beginnende Abenddämmerung:
Pflücke eine Nachtkerzenknospe in dem Zustand dass der gelbe Streifen gut sichtbar ist. Reiche sie einem geliebten Menschen und ziehe dabei vor seinen Augen die beiden Deckblätterspitzen nach hinten ab.
Die innere Spannug wird frei und die Blüte öffnet sich sofort selbstständig und vollkommen.
