@nf3xn I think PicRights is a scam and they chose Reuters to sound authoritative. There were two others I encountered that were definitely scams. A US one whose name I canʼt remember now, who had no valid legal arguments when I began enquiring, and this German one called #Copytrack:

Over the past six months, a legal threat from a copytroll called Copytrack has been hanging over my head, and only recently did I find out the claim was closed. Normally, I don't post work-related stuff here, and I have been looking for a place on Mastodon to post tech posts. But for now, I am posting my advice here should anyone search for Copytrack.
