And speaking of Canadians, Carney's recent wavering notwithstanding and in light of Hesgeth's drunken raving, it seems rather obvious for Canada, UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland to form some associate members bloc to the EU. When Russia is finally and utterly defeated, Europe will become a formidable force. Hard to tell who is the real "#2 army in the world" (or #1) anymore.
It also points to whether Europeans (now with Canadians) should quit these American companies and be working on AI outside the US now, if this is what to expect. Perhaps 'targeted' here really is subtle foreshadowing.
This is why the UK needs a #NDC in Scotland with all that lovely free clean green energy and clever people to provide SOTA AI for free to the public much like the #BBC and building on the #Isambard project success.

AFAICT the thing that LLMs cannot escape from is that they are trained on human coders work. This varies wildly by language with python devs generally producing the absolute worst dogshit masked by the clement nature of the language. It is frankly the most outrageously inefficient language even when it is well-written which is never. Yes this has been yet another a thinly veiled vent in the nearly decade long rant about the data scientists again. Garbage in, garbage out.
