NEWS: Three police officers have been arrested for robbing a civilian in Welkom, Free State. They were traced to Gauteng. Poland resigned after a State audit discovered he bought more than $14K worth of gift cards with city money. Poland claimed he used the gift cards to buy ammunition. Purchases included a $400 wakeboard, a $700 ice-fishing house and a $950 glass basketball backboard.
