#Chrstmas
New at my Patreon... I strolled to the Bourke Street Mall to see this year's Myer Christmas Windows - and discovered a menagerie of zoo animals (and some Irwins):
I've been experimenting with the sparkly build plate that @jasoncoon recommended. Natural PLA, transparent red, black PLA (lower left), and Prusament Galaxy Black PLA (lower right). I think regular black PLA hits maximum sparkle.
The stars are out of season Christmas ornaments. The red and white are gift boxes for the ornaments.
Time for an annual tradition of mine #thebeatles #chrstmas messages
I tend to listen to the '68 and '69 ones first, '68 is where it all started to fall apart and George is in a grump, and I skip most of the '69 one as there is way too much John and Yoko loved up soppiness!
The rest however contain classic Beatle humour and weirdness aplenty! :)
And I'll have Good King Wenceslas and Rudolf the Red Nosed Ringo stuck in my head all month now thanks guys 😅
The original Beatles Christmas Records released on flexi-disc to fan club members, 1963-1969. EMI Records. Eventually released together as an LP on Zapple Records. Wikipedia says, "In December 1970, in the wake of the band's break-up, the UK fan-club sent out a compilation LP of all seven recordings, entitled From Then to You. The master tapes having been mislaid, the LP was mastered from copies of the original flexi discs.[13] In the US, the seven messages were issued as The Beatles' Christmas Album sent out by the fan-club around springtime 1971."
