This is in honour of Trans Day of Visibility but also applicable to every other aspect.

Don't conform to the system's expectations of the self. Don't conform to diet culture, eugenics, cisheteronormativity, any and all forms of oppression.

There's been a massive push on anti-trans bills including in my country, Portugal. Fascism growing in exponential levels to the point that is so obvious people think only now is fascism showing its face (it has been showing its face for decades). And along with it, new waves of diet culture, conformity, eugenics.

I'm a disabled, trans man. My masculinity does not have cis masculinity as a reference point, nor does my masculinity follow typical traits associated with it.

Tacoma rallies for trans rights

Tacoma, WA – On March 31, over 30 people took to the streets to rally for transgender rights. Community members spoke on the importance of Transgender Day of Visibility, and how it intersects with the working class, climate justice, and indigenous sovereignty. After speeches, a short march, and an indigenous cultural offering from a two-spirit person, people filled the municipal building to speak during the city council meeting.

In #Idaho they banned all but official city or state flags on public buildings in an effort to stop City Hall in Boise from displaying the Progress #Pride flag.

So the Boise city government made the Progress Pride flag an official city flag. The loophole meant the idiots in the state government had to try again.

So they passed another bill to ban that, and the mayor of Boise lit up City Hall in #trans colors for #TransDayOfVisibility.

She's like "I fuckin dare you."
