OMG. I think that was the best medical appointment I've ever had in my life 😭

Saw consultant today since I changed my mind about having a full hysterectomy. I said i'm worried about possible complications after eg prolapse, and would rather just have the 12cm #ovariancyst removed. He actually spoke the words to me that every woman wants to hear at this point...'it's your body, it's your choice' 😍

Also we looked over past MRI images from 2.5 years ago when I was trying desperately to find a reason for #chronicbackpain and he agreed the cyst was there, and big, and very visible, and likely the cause of my back issues for last 5 years due to pressure on lower spine.

So now just waiting for apt to have cyst and ovaries removed, then will see how things are after that.

I'm so relieved.
