Eu fui enganado. Disseram que #pilates faz bem para saúde.
No dia posterior a primeira "sessão" quase não consegui nadar, com fadiga na musculatura da pernas.
Uma semana depois, na segunda sessão, tive febre no dia posterior com todos os músculos que foram acionados, na sessão, doloridos.
Nem nos treinos mais puxados de musculação eu tive efeitos semelhantes.
Eu subestimei minha entrada na terceira idade!
