She is now in month 6. Will be 7 months on the 16th.

I can relax when we get to the 12-month goal. We're optimistic she will make that mark.

She is still weak, esp shortness of breath, and no real measurable improvement. However, the odds of surviving the first night was extremely low and only slightly improved with the widow maker the first month.

She still is in a supervised cardio program at the local hospital twice a week, only not the specific "Cardiac Rehab" program you enter after a heart attack, nor the one insurance pays for but we thought it was beneficial and doing it out of pocket since she gets weaker and takes a downturn in between visits.

We just got back from the university hospital last week for a battery of tests and go back next week for the results. That is a three-hour one-way trip in another state due to where we live.
