Bottling day! Fifty 12 oz bottles capped plus two pints, and a little bit extra for a taste.

Each 12 oz primed with about 2.4 grams of sugar. 136 grams of sugar was in 2 cups of water and I put 9.5-10ml in each 12 oz bottle.

Hydrometer was about 1.015 corrected for temp. Started at 1.062.

Tasted like flat warm beer.

I’ve kegged my entry into the #NASA #MSFC Fantasy Homebrew Draft Competition and finished the beer label. Something to Nosh was brewed with English Pale Malt, Chocolate Malt, 90L Malt, Rolled Oats, Scottish/Irish Yeast, UK Kent Goldings Hops, Coconut, and Peanut Butter.
