Je donne plusieurs dizaines de trucs comme ça. Normalement, en les remplissant d'eau ça fait un poids lourd pour maintenir des trucs en place.
J'avais pas de #bananaForScale et comme je ne suis pas chez moi, j'ai pris ce que j'avais sous le coude pour donner une idée de la taille ;)

Does anyone know what kind of melon this is? Probably easier to find out after I open it up. I thought perhaps honeydew, but it seems more oblong. Canary is similar, but I'm not sure how common those are in local retail.

(Alternatively you can identify the banana, and use the melon for scale. )

I've been worried about our #watermelons as I've managed to protect two fruit on the vine from the squirrels and skunks, but while I think we're past normal #watermelon harvest season, they haven't looked ripe yet.

We'd never been able to grow them before but having good luck this time. Using all the ripeness tests has been inconclusive. Yellow spot on bottom, brown tendrils, rind gone dull, hollow sound, date? Hit and miss on those tests.

Going to open one up…

There must be a scale for one's colleagues straight-lacèdness, that can be measured by the frequency of suggestive comments received about this object which I put on my desk every lunchtime.

Currently only one comment in two years. 😟
