Trialling trails

So .. apparently we have now moved on from 'jogging' (not cool, mildly embarrassing) through 'running' (not exactly cool, but at least you can admit to doing it and retain a modicum of street cred) into 'trail running' (painfully trendy, an achievement for something which is basically cross country running). Good morning! I‘ve been sleeping outside again on 1,900 m altitude. It looks like it‘s going to be another hot day. It feels much better in the mountains compared to cities with 40 °C. But of course it‘s clearly too hot for the eco system, no matter where you are. BTW: Don‘t cause wild fires!
