If you're not going to drop/hide the desktop's menu bar, b/c of some unknown alert, and now we're blocking the visibility of desktop windows, then at least have the decency to put the reason why in said menu bar so that the issue can be resolved!

In XP, I need exactly two clicks and one Double click to open the queue and delete whatever is stuck on the spooler. On 10, I can't even tell it on a phone call.
