Having to do Family tech support for my dad with an consumer printer. This is usually the highest level of expertise, but with Windows 10, It's like staring at an abyss, and the abyss does not even care to stare back at you.

In XP, I need exactly two clicks and one Double click to open the queue and delete whatever is stuck on the spooler. On 10, I can't even tell it on a phone call.
