The fun part about ADHD is that I’m going to post often for a while, then not post at all for a while…it’s a rollercoaster, people! #adhd #adhdtwitter #youllloveme #isurprisemyself #rollercoaster #tucson

Hello from twitter! Any other runaways here?

Looking for an #adhd community here! Getting to know people on #adhdtwitter was one of the best things that site had to offer, but ever since the self-proclaimed genius took over it, it’s been turning into hot garbage…

So, yeah… Hello Mastadon! 👋

Hope the #adhdcommunity here is as nice as it was over there!

in case you missed it, here’s an overview of how to get out of #autisticburnout both now and to break the cycle:

Factors affecting use of medication in adults with ADHD

Ok, I tried finding a fitting adjective for "having ADHD". You know, like "autistic" instead of "having Autism" (or ASD).

Best I came up with so far is: "astatic"

Like in non-static. Inspired by the greek "άστατος" (sounds like "astatos").

Thoughts?
