Apparently I can only write long-form stuff in moments of (a) anger or (b) procrastination (two sides of the same coin). So, when you see me writing long threads or, God forbit, a blog post, I either need a whip, a hug, or both. #ADHDAwareness

ADHD can look like forgetting things, zoning out, interrupting, hyperfocusing, procrastinating, or feeling mentally exhausted from trying to keep up with everything at once.

A lot of people with ADHD grow up thinking they are lazy, careless, “too much,” or not trying hard enough. In reality, many are working twice as hard just to stay organized, focused, and regulated.

Sometimes the hardest part is not the attention itself. It’s the shame that builds around it.

ADHD is more than distraction or hyperactivity — it’s a brain-based condition that affects focus, organization, and impulse control. With the right treatment and support, people with ADHD can thrive. 💡

Neurodivergence isn’t a trend. It’s a biological reality. It is NOT a disorder. It is a natural variation in how humans think and process.

There isn’t a rise in neurodivergence, there’s a rise in visibility, compassion, and knowledge. And that’s something to celebrate.
