This is perfectly illustrated by the Housing First approach to homelessness. Providing housing and wrap around services to a homeless person costs significantly less that managing that person's situation via emergency services. And it's much more humane! See Finland.
Austerity is both a false economy and an unnecessary cause of suffering.

Greta Thunberg is not antisemitic, she is anti-genocide. Equating opposition to genocide with antisemitism is antisemitic. By stating that to oppose genocide is to oppose all Jews, you are stating that all Jews are pro-genocide. You, Israel Katz, are the antisemite, not Greta.
