i joined a chatroom for people with #ADHD and it didn't take long for someone to complain that they have trouble with relationships.
"you're good for sex but you're not relationship material. you're fun to play with, but i don't take you seriously."

I can’t stop it..
I can’t stop rocking my body. Constantly rocking back and forth, if not I’m shaking my legs, pacing, excessively tapping my feet. Whether I’m standing, sitting or laying down. If I try to force myself to stop I start shaking and feeling like I’m drowning.
There are people in my life to think if they just hold me down it will go away, but it just makes what’s causing me to do that from the inside worse.
I just want it to fucking stop..
Today in "I probably have #ADHD": having my (adult) kids visiting, they brought to my attention how often I go on what they lovingly refer to as "side quests."
Today I said I was going to shower and there was a rug hanging in the bathroom to dry, which led to vacuuming the whole house so I could put the rug down on a clean floor.
Kids watched and asked "how's that side quest going?"
They're not distractions, friends... they're side quests.
The ADHD is strong today >.> who is focus? Don't know her.
