Fed my #sourdough #starter tonight. I had to put it off a few extra days because only the best for my little slime balls, so I had to wait for my EBT to reset (the flour I use is $20 on Amazon, $9 at Ralph’s, and $3 at Walmart, but I somehow can’t get to Walmart? anyway)
Last week I fried up the discard in some butter and oil and ate the (surprisingly tasty) results with some blueberry jam. Next week I want to maybe make a flatbread? Who knows! Old pic, btw. #bread #baking #fermentation
