I recently discovered that my favorite dark theme is actually more harmful to my eyes than the classic black text on a white background. Better readability = less strain on the eyes = less fatigue = better overall! 😊 Today, I spent the whole day switching all my devices to light mode and installing more readable fonts. Feeling great about this change!
In any case, I can always return to the dark side if I want! 😉
