Sometimes bigots say "I don't understand why LGBTQ+ people have to be so in-your-face about their sexuality."

We straight people are CONSTANTLY in EVERYBODY'S face about our sexuality, it's just that it's super common and completely normalized, so no one cares or even notices.

Every time a dude introduces you to his wife/girlfriend, or a woman introduces you to her husband/boyfriend, they're essentially telling you "Yeah, we're totally boning, and on some level, you now know that."

You know when your neighbors are having a big bonfire party, and you can smell that wholesome, earthy bonfire scent, but you're kind of jealous and bitter because they didn't invite you?

That's how I feel about #Canada right now.

I've been neglecting #Mastodon. I need to get back in the habit.

Day three of complete #decaffeination. Crazy vivid dreams again last night. I hope that's not a permanent change, because I really prefer peaceful, dreamless sleep.

Mild headache this morning, but it's not too bad.

Brain fog and disorientation seem to be fading, which of course is a good thing.
