Repping my alma mater while lugging an arbitrarily heavy backpack on a #hiking trail in a #WashingtonDC park. I rucked 40 pounds for five miles this morning. We got a bit of #snow last night, but there wasn't much left once the sun started shining. Still, it's the first time this winter I've seen a single snowflake. I'll take what I can get.

A cold, wet. gloomy #RuckRun this morning in #WashingtonDC. 30 pounds, five miles. I've been doing four miles, but I bumped it up today. Same route, I just went an extra half mile along the trail before turning around and heading back.
