J🍩hn FünkDay three of complete #decaffeination. Crazy vivid dreams again last night. I hope that's not a permanent change, because I really prefer peaceful, dreamless sleep.
Mild headache this morning, but it's not too bad.
Brain fog and disorientation seem to be fading, which of course is a good thing.
Day two of complete #decaffeination. No headache this morning, which is a huge improvement, but I'm still feeling brain-fogged and disoriented. Not as bad as yesterday, though.
CRAZY vivid frickin' dreams last night, and I'm pretty sure I don't like it. Hopefully I'll go back to the quiet, peaceful downy darkness of mostly-dreamless sleep before too long.
