Paul Flo WilliamsToday dawned bright and clear, so I slipped out of bed at 5.15am and ran one of my favourite routes. I have now been #running for 3½ years and this morning completed my 40th half marathon. The South Downs never cease to inspire me, to provide me with thinking time, and to rejuvenate me. I am so lucky to have this beautiful landscape and the wildlife on my doorstep. #Brighton #Lewes

Went for an over 50s checkup recently and they suggested a bit more exercise. I'm lucky that I walk to work but I'm otherwise quite sedentary.
So, I've started cycling again, playing Ring Fit Adventure, and also some arm reps with dumbbells (if I remember).
I hope I can keep it going when the novelty wears off.
